    A former pupil of Methodist College, Paul previously captained Ulster U21 and has represented Ireland U21 and Ireland A.

    A graduate from the Ulster Academy, Paul received a senior contract ahead of the 06/07 season. A prolific try scorer, he is fast and accurate with a precise pass that invites front foot rugby. His speciality is supplying quick ball at the ruck and his pace mean he always poses a threat to defences.

    His sublime performance in the Ulster shirt have made him a bit of a folk hero in the Northern province and he toured New Zealand with Ireland in June 2012.
