The Irish Rugby Football Union is pleased to announce the signing of another international player with the news that Ronan O’Gara has committed to a new Ireland international contract that will see him playing in Ireland for a further two seasons up to 2013.

Today via a video conference at Heathrow and Dublin an independent Six Nations disciplinary committee, chaired by Roger Morris (Wales), heard a citing complaint against Donnacha Ryan of Ireland for stamping on an opponent contrary to Law 10.4 (b) of the Laws of the Game arising out of the match played between Ireland and Samoa at The Aviva Stadium, Dublin on 13 November 2010.
